Calling all Kids! Join us for our special Children’s Reading Circle on Thursday, August 19th at 10:30am to hear “Sometimes People March”, read by author Tessa Allen!
Sometimes people march
to resist injustice,
to stand in solidarity,
to inspire hope.
Throughout American history, one thing remains true: no matter how or why people march, they are powerful because they march together.
Tessa Allen is an illustrator, theater maker, dancer, and teaching artist. Tessa grew up in Paradise, California, and now lives and grows in Brooklyn, New York.
